WAUSAU - The man accused of killing his girlfriend in Weston earlier this month appeared in court Thursday.

21-year-old Richi Vue admitted to shooting Lee Xiong in her bedroom October 13th.

She lived at the Aspen Apartments in Weston-- with her mom and siblings.

Vue faces 5 felony charges, including 1st degree murder.

He’s being held on a $1,000,000 cash bond.

A judge rescheduled his preliminary hearing to November 20th at 11 a.m.
