Big Ol Fish Submitted: 10/05/2012
- The temperatures are starting to dip - however, the fishing continues to hold steady.

Crandon's Paul Elbe was fishing on Kentuck Lake in Vilas County when he reeled in this monster musky. The 42 and a half inch fish was caught using a buchertail and was released after taking the photo.

The husband and wife team of Dan and Liz Powell from Three Lakes were out fishing Wednesday when they had big success. They caught 5 fish on Long Lake in the couple hours they were out, including this 19 inch small mouth bass. The fish were boated using some soft plastics in about 5 feet of water.

And Tomahawk's Christine Massa just started fishing this year, but has had no problem picking up the skills to catch some big fish. She was out on Lake Nokomis with her boyfriend Ted, when she reeled in this 16 and a half inch large mouth bass. It was caught on a swim jig, and was her largest bass so far.
