No purchase necessary. Limit only one entry per person per day accepted and only one winner per household is allowed. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
To enter log on to www.wjfw.com , click on the contest tab and select “Dairy Queen Blizzard Giveaway” and follow the directions to enter. or mail a 3x5 card with your name, address, phone number, age to “Dairy Queen Blizzard Giveaway” c/o NBC 12, 3217 County Rd. G, Rhinelander, WI 54501. All mailed in entries must be postmarked no later than December 4, 2012 and all emailed entries will be accepted through December 6, 2012.
Contest will run November 30 – December 7, 2012. One winner will be chosen daily at random from all valid entries December 3 - 7, 2012. A total of five winners will be chosen.
The winner will receive the following: a coupon for a free 12oz. Dairy Queen Blizzard. The Coupons will be mailed at the culmination of the contest to all winners.
The Prize has no cash equivalent. The Prize is not transferable and non exchangeable. No substitution will be made on any prize unless at the discretion of the sponsor who may substitute a prize of greater or comparable value.
Employees of NBC 12 (WJFW), Dairy Queen and, their advertising agencies, affiliates, representatives, immediate families or households and employees are ineligible to enter/win.
By participating in this contest the winner a) permits NBC 12 (WJFW) and Dairy Queen to make reasonable use in all media, without reimbursement, of the winner’s name, likeness, biographical information, and b) releases NBC 12 (WJFW), Dairy Queen their partners and affiliates, related companies, successors, assigns, officers, directors, stockholders, and employees, and participating sponsors, and their agencies and suppliers, from any and all claims, liabilities, and damages arising directly or indirectly out of the award or use of the prize.
