NBC 12 Cutest Baby Contest OFFICIAL RULES
No purchase necessary. Only one winner per household is allowed. Only one entry per baby will be accepted. Babies must be no older than two years of age on or before June 25, 2010. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
For a complete set of rules you can log on to www.wjfw.com "Cutest Baby Contest" or send a self-addressed stamped envelope to "Cutest Baby Contest" Rules c/o NBC 12, 3217 County Road G, Rhinelander, WI 54501, or stop by the WJFW studios at 3217 County Road G, Rhinelander, WI 54501.
To enter log on to www.wjfw.com and click on Cutest Baby Contest and follow directions, or mail your child's photo with your name, address, phone number, and child's full name and birth date on the back of the photo to "Cutest Baby Contest" c/o NBC 12 P.O., 3217 County Road G, Rhinelander, WI 54501. If you would like your photo returned send a self-addressed stamped envelope along with your photo. NBC 12 (WJFW) is not responsible for lost or damaged photos. Mailed in entries must be postmarked no later than June 23, 2010, and all other entries will be accepted till 5:00pm June 25, 2010.
Entries will be accepted beginning June 4, 2010 and up to 5pm on June 25, 2010. There will be 16 qualifying photos chosen by an independent panel of judges not associated with any of the entrants, sponsors, or NBC 12 (WJFW). The 16 photos will be posted on wjfw.com July 3-11, 2010 and viewers will be able to vote for their favorite Cutest Baby. The 10 babies receiving the most votes will be announced as the winners during the 5:00pm NBC 12 newscast on July 12, 2010. All winners will also be posted on www.wjfw.com beginning July 13, 2010. All winners will be mailed a winner's letter via certified mail notifying them of winning. Within 30 days of receipt of the letter a parent or guardian of each winner will need to take the certified letter to the contest sponsor's place of business (business will be named in the letter) during normal business hours, present acceptable photo identification (such as a drivers license), and sign a NBC 12 (WJFW) release form to claim his/her child's prize.
Each winner will receive the following: a prize valued at a minimum of $100 from one of the participating sponsors.
The Prizes have no cash equivalent. Prizes are not transferable and non exchangeable. No substitution will be made on any prize unless at the discretion of the sponsor who may substitute prizes of greater or comparable value.
Employees of NBC 12 (WJFW), Shippy Shoes, Northwoods Furniture Gallery, Bob's Power Center, Jensen Akins Hardware & Appliance, Jim's Jewelry Stoehr, The Good Feet Store, Furniture and Appliance Mart, Shoeder Marine & Sport Center, Mel's Trading Post, Dahlquist Heating and Cooling and, their advertising agencies, affiliates, representatives, immediate families or households and employees are ineligible to enter/win.
By participating in this contest the winner a) permits NBC 12 (WJFW), Shippy Shoes, Northwoods Furniture Gallery, Bob's Power Center, Jensen Akins Hardware & Appliance, Jim's Jewelry Stoehr, The Good Feet Store, Furniture and Appliance Mart, Shoeder Marine & Sport Center, Mel's Trading Post, Dahlquist Heating and Cooling to make reasonable use in all media, without reimbursement, of the winner's name, likeness, biographical information, and b) releases NBC 12 (WJFW), Shippy Shoes, Northwoods Furniture Gallery, Bob's Power Center, Jensen Akins Hardware & Appliance, Jim's Jewelry Stoehr, The Good Feet Store, Furniture and Appliance Mart, Shoeder Marine & Sport Center, Mel's Trading Post, Dahlquist Heating and Cooling their partners and affiliates, related companies, successors, assigns, officers, directors, stockholders, and employees, and participating sponsors, and their agencies and suppliers, from any and all claims, liabilities, and damages arising directly or indirectly out of the award or use of the prize.
