Newswatch 12 and Subway Restaurants want to help you send birthday wishes to someone you know or love.

To recognize that special someone or a co-worker who will soon be celebrating a birthday please complete the submission form below and we’ll air their announcement during Newswatch 12 Today Monday through Friday at approximately 6:55a.m.

Each day Mon-Fri one lucky person whose birthday was featured that day will win a Birthday Gift of a “Family 4-pack of six inch subs from Subway Restaurants”.

All you have to do is complete our online form and submit two weeks prior to the birthday person's birthday

(If mailing your submission be sure to include the birthday person’s name, mailing address, and age (if you wish). Also include a few things the birthday person likes to do, an appropriate birthday greeting you’d like to have our anchors read on the air, and your name(s). We will only mention the birthday person's name, hometown and age (if provided) in the birthday announcement.

If you would like your picture returned please include a self addressed stamped envelope. Pictures may also be picked up in person at the station, 3217 County Road G, between 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday – Friday.
