Big Ol' Fish Official Rules

No purchase necessary. Only one winner per household is allowed. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

To enter log on to www.wjfw.com , click on the Sports or Contest tab, select “BIG OL’ FISH” and follow the directions to submit a photo of your fish, and you will automatically be entered in the contest or you can mail a 3x5 card with your name, address, phone number, age to “BIG OL’ FISH contest” c/o NBC 12, 3217 County Rd. G, Rhinelander, WI 54501. All mailed in entries must be postmarked no later than September 23, 2013 and all emailed entries will be accepted through September 26, 2013.

The contest will begin on March 1, 2013 and will end on September 26, 2013. The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries on September 27, 2013 and announced during Newswatch 12 at 10.

The winner will receive the following: a fish taxidermy mount from Norling Taxidermy Studio in Rhinelander, WI. The mount must be done within one year of winning and if the winner has already had a mount done by Norling Taxidermy Studio between March 1, 2013 and September 27, 2013 a refund will be given back to the winner.

The Prize has no cash equivalent. The Prize is not transferable and non-exchangeable. No substitution will be made on any prize unless at the discretion of the sponsor who may substitute a prize of greater or comparable value.

Employees of NBC 12 (WJFW), Norling Taxidermy Studio and, their advertising agencies, affiliates, representatives, immediate families or households and employees are ineligible to enter/win.

By participating in this contest the winner a) permits NBC 12 (WJFW) and Norling Taxidermy Studio to make reasonable use in all media, without reimbursement, of the winner’s name, likeness, biographical information, and b) releases NBC 12 (WJFW), Norling Taxidermy Studio their partners and affiliates, related companies, successors, assigns, officers, directors, stockholders, and employees, and participating sponsors, and their agencies and suppliers, from any and all claims, liabilities, and damages arising directly or indirectly out of the award or use of the prize.
