NEWSWATCH 12 2011 BACKYARD BBQ
OFFICIAL RULES
No purchase necessary. Only one winner per household is allowed for weekly drawings. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. To enter you must be 18 years of age or older. The number of entries determines the odds of winning.
For a complete set of rules you can log on to www.wjfw.com "Backyard BBQ" or send a self-addressed stamped envelope to "Backyard BBQ" Rules c/o Newswatch 12, 3217 County Road G, Rhinelander, WI 54501, or stop by the WJFW studios at 3217 County Road G, Rhinelander, WI 54501.
Entries will be accepted beginning no later than May 4, 2011. To enter stop by one of the following businesses and complete an entry form: Jensen-Akins Hardware & Appliance-Conover, Stoney Creek Home & Garden-Minocqua, Northwoods Furniture Gallery-Eagle River, Coontail Sports-Boulder Junction, Eagle River Roasters -Eagle River, Trig's Grocery Stores in Rhinelander, Eagle River, Minocqua & Wausau, and the WJFW Studios or mail a 3x5 card with your name, address, phone number, and age to "Backyard BBQ" c/o Newswatch 12, 3217 County Road G, Rhinelander, WI 54501. All mailed in entries must be postmarked no later than August 1, 2011 and all other entries will be accepted till 5:00pm Monday, August 1, 2011.
The weekly cookout winners will be chosen at random beginning on Friday, May 13, 2011 with the last weekly cookout winner being chosen on Friday, August 5, 2011. Each winner will be will be contacted via telephone. The winner and up to five (5) guests will need to be at the WJFW Studios by 4:30p.m. on the upcoming Wednesday. If the winner chosen is not available for the date they are chosen, no other date will be given as replacement and no prize will be awarded and another winner will be chosen at random from remaining entries.
Each weekly cookout winner will receive the following: A cookout for the winner and up to five (5) guests at the WJFW Studios beginning at 4:30p.m. on the Wednesday following their name being drawn valued at $125. On August 12, 2011 five (5) names will be drawn at random from the thirteen (13) weekly winners to win one of the following grand prizes: Stoney Creek Home & Garden - Patio Furniture valued at $6,000 includes table with 6 chairs, an Integra Burke & Wills bench, a serving table, and Lazy Susan, , Northwoods Furniture Gallery - Whitecraft Outdoor Furniture includes table with 4 chairs valued at $6,700. Jensen-Akins Hardware & Appliance - Weber Genesis Grill valued at $700, Coontail Sports - Pungo Kayak valued at $829, Eagle River Roaster - a $500 Gift Card. All grand prizewinners will be notified either via telephone or mail at the completion of the contest.
The Prizes have no cash equivalent. Prizes are not transferable and non exchangeable. No substitution will be made on any prize unless at the discretion of the sponsor who may substitute prizes of greater or comparable value.
Employees of Newswatch 12 (WJFW-TV), Stoney Creek Home and Garden, Peterson Tree Service, Northwoods Furniture Outlet, Northwoods Furniture Gallery, Jensen-Akins Hardware & Appliance, and Coontail Sports, Eagle River Roasters, Trig's Grocery Stores and, their advertising agencies, affiliates, representatives, immediate families or households and employees are ineligible to enter/win.
By participating in this contest the winner a) permits Newswatch 12 (WJFW-TV), Stoney Creek Home and Garden, Peterson Tree Service, Northwoods Furniture Outlet, Northwoods Furniture Gallery, Jensen-Akins Hardware & Appliance, and Coontail Sports, Eagle River Roasters, and Trig's Grocery Stores to make reasonable use in all media, without reimbursement, of the winner's name, likeness, biographical information, and b) releases Newswatch 12 (WJFW-TV), Stoney Creek Home and Garden, Peterson Tree Service, Northwoods Furniture Outlet, Northwoods Furniture Gallery, Jensen-Akins Hardware & Appliance, and Coontail Sports, Eagle River Roasters, Trig's Grocery Stores their partners and affiliates, related companies, successors, assigns, officers, directors, stockholders, and employees, and participating sponsors, and their agencies and suppliers, from any and all claims, liabilities, and damages arising directly or indirectly out of the award or use of the prize.
