To enter you must be 18 years of age or older. The odds of winning are determined by the number of entries. Entries will be accepted beginning no later than May 4, 2010. To enter stop by one of the following business and complete an entry form: Jensen-Akins Hardware & Appliance-Conover, Stoney Creek Home & Garden-Minocqua, Northwoods Furniture Gallery-Eagle River, Coontail Sports-Boulder Junction, Trig's Grocery Stores in Rhinelander, Eagle River, Minocqua & Wausau, and the WJFW Studios or mail a 3x5 card with your name, address, phone number, and age to "Backyard BBQ" c/o Newswatch 12, 3217 County Road G, Rhinelander, WI 54501. All mailed in entries must be postmarked no later than August 3, 2010 and all other entries will be accepted till 5:00pm Tuesday, August 3, 2010. The weekly cookout winners will be chosen at random beginning on Friday, May 14, 2010 with the last weekly cookout winner being chosen on Friday, August 6, 2010. Each winner will be will be contacted via telephone. The winner and up to five (5) guests will need to be at the WJFW Studios by 4:30p.m. on the upcoming Wednesday. If the winner chosen is not available for the date they are chosen, no other date will be given as replacement and no prize will be awarded and another winner will be chosen at random from remaining entries. Each weekly cookout winner will receive the following: A cookout for the winner and up to five (5) guests at the WJFW Studios beginning at 4:30p.m. on the Wednesday following their name being drawn valued at $100. On August 13, 2010 four (4) names will be chosen at random from the thirteen (13) weekly winners to win one of the following prizes: Stoney Creek Home & Garden - a Kingsley Bate Patio Set includes table with 2 benches, 2 chairs, end table and chaise valued at $6,000, Northwoods Furniture Gallery - Whitecraft Outdoor Furniture includes sofa w/cushions, chair and ottoman valued at $5,985. All winners will receive a letter within 10 business days of the contest from WJFW with instructions on how to get their prize. The Prizes have no cash equivalent.
